The Haemimont Foundation, guided by our founder Eftim Pandeff's vision, has supported numerous projects for historic preservation and community outreach in the Balkans and rural Italy. This includes building infrastructure improvements in Malko Turnovo, Bulgaria, as well as campus accessibility upgrades for students at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Sofia “St. Kliment Ohridski.”

Additionally, the foundation has spent several decades preserving historic structures and open space near San Rocco a Pilli in Tuscany, Italy. Several of these buildings have been attributed to the 15th-century architect and painter Baldassarre Peruzzi. Land preservation has been a central focus of this initiative, allowing agricultural activities and regional land stewardship to continue much as they have for centuries.
